Service Suitability
You confirm that you have independently evaluated the Service and selected a plan appropriate for your connection type, location, and usage requirements. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet all specific needs, including speed, reliability, or compatibility with third-party equipment. Technical support may assist with troubleshooting, but ultimate responsibility for selecting a suitable plan rests with you. -

-
(a) Billing: The Service is billed monthly in advance. Payment is automatically charged to your designated payment method unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle.
-
(b) Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. The notice period begins on the date your cancellation request is submitted or your specified service end date, whichever is later. You will be charged for 30 additional days of service following the effective cancellation date. Services remain active during this period.
-
(c) No Refunds: Partial refunds for unused days, including the 30-day notice period, will not be issued.
